To compensate for the vitamin B12 found in meat and eggs which she is lacking in her diet, she regularly has injections of the vitamin. Celebs including Madonna, Katy Perry and Justin Timberlake have also admitted regularly having the vitamin boost. The injections are said to aid weight loss because they increase energy levels and boost the metabolism. The benefits are also said to include feeling more alert and revitalized, meaning those taking them feel more energized to exercise and work out harder.

Vitamin B12 is available in injections and patches but taking it in large quantities is only usually recommended by doctors for people who have a B12 deficiency which is making them feel continuously weak and tired. The vitamin is also available in supplements from health shops but by far the easiest and cheapest way to feel the benefits is by including more foods containing vitamin B12 in your diet.
