MONTHLY OVERVIEW:
Summer fun—and romance—are on the agenda for the first three weeks of June. The Sun is in Gemini, your playful fifth house. You’re first in line with swimsuit and surfboard now that the beaches are officially open. Nothing feels too serious, which is how your casual sign likes it. You’re feeling creative, warm and generous, which will attract plenty of friends and admirers.

Work on those tan lines now, because after the 21st, the Sun moves into Cancer, your sixth house of health and organization. You’ll be trading aviators for air-conditioning, when a detailed leg of a project keeps you at the office late. This is a great time to kick off your summer fitness plans, too. Who says you can’t slip out for an afternoon job by the water, or a bike ride after work before sunset? Skip the nightly al fresco cocktails and gorge on fresh summer produce instead.

On June 6th, expansive Jupiter enters Aries, your third house of communication. Jupiter is here until September 8th, joining your ruler Uranus (in Aries May 27-August 14). The combination of these two worldly, freedom-seeking planets could bring an international posse of friends, the chance to publish or broadcast (both in print and online), or a big platform for a community project. This is your summer to take Italian lessons, then shop Milano or eat your way through Roma like Elizabeth Gilbert. A spiritual awakening comes in June, too. With dreamy Neptune retrograde in Aquarius and a June 26th eclipse in your mystic twelfth house, you’re ready to surrender to divine forces and let them guide your path.

LOVE & ROMANCE:
June tempts you with play and pleasure, two ingredients that keep you inspired in love. The Gemini Sun and June 12th Gemini new moon bring passion and a possible pregnancy. Invite fresh energy into your life, glam yourself up and tune into your desires. Not that you can’t enjoy the sweet side of commitment, Aquarius. From June 15-July 10, romantic Venus enters Leo, your relationship sector. It’s a good time to restore harmony and mutuality through shared enjoyments, or if you’re single, to focus on attracting people who are looking for more than just a hot fling.

For Aquarians dealing with a breakup or emotional ups and downs, there’s deeper work to do around intimacy and trust. Challenging Saturn is in Virgo, your eighth house of marriage, divorce, sex and deep emotional ties, until July 22nd. “Should I Stay Or Should I Go?” has been your theme song since April. From June 8-July 29, energetic Mars is also in Virgo, pushing you to take action. It’s all a bit schizophrenic: One side of you wants to run to the Vegas chapel (or the divorce lawyer), while a more mature voice cautions you to slow down.

Couples therapy, even mediation, can help you both get clear. You don’t want to make radical life changes from an emotionally-charged state. At the June 26th lunar eclipse, some much deeper feelings come spilling out—something that’s been suppressed or hidden all year. It’s time to let go of something, Aquarius, even if that’s just the unrealistic fantasy you’ve projected onto your partner. Perhaps these expectations are the cause of your suffering, and with an adjusted perspective, you can love the person, rather than the made-up ideal.

MONEY & CAREER:
For the next month and a half, your long-term financial strategy will benefit from solid plans and a motivating push. Structured Saturn and energizing Mars are both in Virgo, your wealth sector, until late July. This is the time to hire a financial advisor (one with a more conservative approach), but also to take that Rich Dad, Poor Dad workshop that gets you all fired up to take a chance. You’re a future-focused sign, and it’s hard to stay juiced up without a long-term vision—especially one that ultimately benefits or changes society. You could deal with real estate, investments and debt, perhaps even a joint venture.

If you’re holding onto something for sentimental reasons (that over-mortgaged country house, your dad’s baby grand piano), you may need to make the tough decision to sell it, especially at the June 26th eclipse. This powerful full moon falls in your twelfth house of endings and hidden agendas. Details could emerge at this eclipse that you find momentarily unsettling—but consider it divine intervention. Have you been making excuses for someone’s shoddy workmanship all year? Enough’s enough.

Projects involving new media, technology and the arts all get a boost this summer from Jupiter and Uranus in Aries, your communication sector. Brush up on your web and tech skills, and start spreading your message via Twitter and other outposts. Build your own website or start a blog to market your special skills. Consider donating a portion of any proceeds to a worthy cause.

HEALTH: MIND, BODY & SOUL:
You’re not exactly feeling disciplined for the first three weeks of June, and that’s okay. Don’t beat yourself up because your “beach body” doesn’t look like Brooklyn Decker’s Swimsuit Issue spread. Enjoy the sun on your skin, an icy margarita and meeting friends for appetizers at your favorite rooftop bar. On the 21st, the Sun enters Cancer, putting you back into mindful mode. You can start your summer fitness plan then.

Soul-searching is in order these days, too. From May 31-November 6, ethereal Neptune is retrograde (backward) in Aquarius, making you question your purpose on earth. Meditation, quiet walks, Buddhist chanting or books like A Course in Miracles help you connect more deeply to the divine. On June 26th, a lunar eclipse adds to the mystical vibes. Transformational Pluto adds to the mix, helping you break a cycle or addictive pattern that you’ve been struggling with all year. Have you done someone wrong, even in a subtle way? Man up and make amends, Aquarius. Take responsibility for your role and ask forgiveness, a humble act that will restore your dignity, repair a friendship (hopefully) and clean your karmic slate. It may be hard for you to find the right words, but don’t let that stop you. Feelings of guilt and shame could tempt you to hide, but don’t. The best thing you can do is get this heaviness off your heart.
