Allergies in the Fall

Allergies in the Fall

Come Fall, many will begin to suffer from ragweed allergies or hayfever. This invariably means hot and itchy eyes. Even if you do not suffer allergies, a daily eye care routine is advised to keep them healthy and beautiful.

A simple and extremely effective eye care routine based upon Ayurveda, the ancient healing science of India, involves washing your eyes with ghee which is cooling, soothing and moisturizing at one. Fill an eye cup with with ghee, hold it over your eye and slowly open your eye into it to bathe it completely. Your vision will be a little bleary right after you wash your eyes, so this might be a good thing to do at night before you sleep.
